Mischa Barton was born on 24 January 1986 in Hammersmith, the United Kingdom. In the television show The O.C. she played Marissa Cooper a socialite. She was her romantic interest. Barton made her first television appearance in 1994 as a young Corvina in flashbacks from the soap opera All My Children. Comaneci is an executive board member of the Special Olympics International Muscular Dystrophy Association, and Laureus Sports For Good Foundation. Additionally she has continued to support dozens of charities in her native country of Romania such as those at the Nadia Comaneci Children's Hospital in Bucharest.
